Diane K. Nacos, 72, of Davenport, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her home surrounded by her children. Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded. Private family services will be held at Davenport Memorial Park. Online condolences can be shared at www.therungemortuary.com. Mrs. Nacos was born on April 26, 1941, in Dubuque, Iowa, the daughter of John and May (Kemp) Wetter. Diane Wetter was united in marriage to Theodore Nacos on April 30, 1960, in Dubuque. He preceded her in death in 2011.
Diane put the needs of everyone else before her own. She loved animals, especially her beloved dog, “Cody.” She also enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother and will be greatly missed.
Those left to honor her memory are sons and daughters, Grant (Tami) Nacos, Davenport, Cheryl (Marshall) Callaway, Davenport, Christian Nacos, Davenport, and Danielle (Justin) Krager, Davenport, as well as eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
