

Donald Wayne Louck Sr., 72, of Stockton, IA, went to be with the love of his life, Donna, on Sunday September 13, 2026. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Starlite Ballroom, Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. Per his wishes, cremation rites will be provided. His final resting place with his wife will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery in the future. Memorials may go to his family.
Don was born July 4, 1954, in Iowa to Everett and Mary (Schmidt) Louck.
He married Donna Calhoon on June 3, 1977, she passed away earlier this year on April 28th.
He had been a truck driver/loader for many companies in the area including Waste Management; 20 years at Hull Enterprise from which he retired from and Midwest Bio Ag, retiring again last year.
Dirt track racing was one of his greatest passions. He could be found nearly every week supporting and being his son, Donnie Jr’s biggest fan. In over 23 years, he only missed two races. In his younger years, Don loved hunting, fishing and camping. He was an avid Hawkeye fan, especially football and women’s basketball and loved watching Caitlin Clark while at Iowa and as a professional athlete. His greatest joy, however, was spending precious time with his family and racing friends.
Those left to honor his legacy include his son, Donnie, Jr., Stockton, IA; siblings: Diana Crane, Centerville, Iowa, Robert (Shelly) Louck and Peggy Struck, both of Davenport, his beloved fur-baby, Diesel and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to his parents and wife Donna, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy Sue Louck; sisters: Sharon Louck, Doris Woodruff and Delores “Lori” Campbell and fur-baby, Maggie.
