Donna Rae Hintze, 75, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Genesis East in Davenport.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10 am at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Friday from 9 am until the service, at the mortuary. Her final resting place will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Davenport Lutheran Home.

Donna was born in Davenport on March 11, 1946. She was the loving daughter of Raymond and Bernice (Hill) Hintze. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. Donna worked for K-Mart for 25 years and then retired from Walgreens after 20 years of service. She loved fishing, camping and gardening with her father. She also was an avid Vikings and Cubs fan.

Those left to honor her memory include her sisters: Carren Ann Vize, Bettendorf, Teresa Joy (Thomas) Cooney, Camanche, IA, nephews: Thomas (Brooke) Cooney, Troy (Kelly) Cooney, Greg (Ashleigh) Vize and Steve (Jamie) Vize and nieces: Kimberly (Matt) Watts, Jennifer (Troy) Stimpson and all of their families.

Her parents and a brother-in-law, Joseph Vize preceded her in death.
