Dorothy was born on January 31st, 1957, in Kingsport, TN. She was preceded in death by parents, Fred Maness and Blanch Williams; husband, Richard Wiskirchen; daughter, Melissa Rowe; and siblings.
Dorothy is survived by her siblings Joyce Molina, Sam Maness, Linda Gess; children Darlene Carmen, Jeffery Skipton; grandchildren Dartail, Shamika, Kalena, Monterian; great grandchildren Shariyah, Avonni, Skyler, Ah'keyla, Kaydence; and nieces and nephews.
Dorothy will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, love for card games and love for cooking.
A private funeral service for family and friends will be held at Runge Funeral Home on Friday, March 17th, 2023 at 9am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 10am.
