Dorthy Lee Harris "Bae" was born July 12, 1945 in Louisville, Mississippi to Nathaniel and Florine Mosley. After the passing of her mother, Dorthy could not attend school, she took the responsibility of raising her younger brothers and sisters, but learned how to read and write and you could not cheat Dorthy out of money. Dorthy liked playing bingo, playing cards, and going to casinos. She loved to cook and fish, getting up on Sunday morning and listening to gospel music. She loved doing crossword puzzles and hanging out with her family and friends and having bar-b-que cookouts. She loved the colors pink and purple. Dorthy was a family oriented woman.
Dorthy leaves to cherish her loving memory, her children: Donnell Mosley, Harman (Sheron Nelson) Harris, Vencent Harris, Sheron Harris, Debra (Less) Broom, and Charlene (Travis) Fraker. Her sisters Linda Mosley, Gloria Mosley, Helen Mosley, and Mary (Robert) Sims. Her brothers Johnny (Patricia) Mosley, Melvin Mosley, Nathaniel Mosley, and Junior (Tracey) Mosley. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Edward Mosley, James, Mosley, and Roger Mosley; sisters: Wardine Parrow, Juanita Hampton, and Bobby J. Mosley; Husband Sherman Harris and common law husband Charles Lee McGraw.
