Douglas, known for his military service in the US Army PV1 321st First Airborne, had a passion for motorcycles and spending time with friends. He was a toker, and enjoyed smoking while sipping on his Mountain Dew.
He is survived by his daughter Sagen Parker (fiancé Zack), brother Charles Ashley, sister Ellen Harrison (Mike), brother Frank Ashley (Kay), granddaughter Shayla, nephew Zachery Rich, niece Kayla, and many other family members. Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Alice Ashley, and brothers Kenneth, Larry, Jerry and love of his life Lori.
The family has chosen not to proceed with services at this time.
