Elsie Mae Isenberg, 83, of Davenport, passed away peacefully at her home. A private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.
Elsie was born February 29, 1932 in Muscatine; the daughter of Joe and Grace (Coulter) Bair. She was united in marriage to George Isenberg on October 23, 1948 in Buffalo, IA; he preceded her in death in 1997.
She loved gardening, listening to country western music, watching fashion shows and dining out with friends, but, her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Those left to honor her memory include her children: George (Rose) Isenberg, Jr. and Judy (Mike) Franks; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
