Flora Wallace

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11AM, Saturday, December 1, 2018 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Memorials may be made to the family. The Runge Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. Flora was born on November 4, 1921 in Iuka, Mississippi, the daughter of George Washington and Sarah (Stormont) Whiteside.

Flora had a very strong faith and loved the Lord. She was a great cook and had an amazing singing voice. In her younger years she enjoyed fishing. Above all else she loved spending time with her family and will be remembered for her loving heart.

Those left to honor her memory include children: Willa Mae Sanders, James (Delores) Reaves, Lorena (Michael) Mann, Julie Harris and Johnny (Eunice) Mans; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and grandchildren: Sam, Sheila, Karen, Brian Jr., and Messiya.
