Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. She was married to her husband, Daryl, for 48 years before his passing in 1997. They had three children.
Jeanette was an amazing cook who loved cooking for her family. Her recipes will live on forever through her children and grandchildren. Her life was her family. She loved spending as much time with them as possible whether it was good conversation over a cup of coffee, going shopping, or even just a simple phone call would make her day.
She loved being a mother and a grandmother more than anything in this world.
Survivors include her children, Cindy (Rich) Perry, (Moline), Jim Ferguson, (Davenport) and Mary Presson, (Coal Valley); her grandchildren, Sarah and Alex Perry and Mark Presson; and great grandchildren, Josh (Megan) Bateman, Collin Burns, Ciara and Lanie Presson.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Daryl; son-in-law, Ron Presson; grandson, Michael Presson; and great granddaughter, Katie Burns.
