Frank Allen

Frank Eugene Allen, 70, of Davenport Iowa passed away on September 25, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 12 pm at the Runge Mortuary and Crematory. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Frank will be laid to rest at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Frank's name to Vera French Community Mental Health Center. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.rungemortuary.com

Frank was born on April 29, 1956, in Moline, Illinois to Everett and Janet (Stuhr) Allen. Frank loved sports, especially baseball and enjoyed music. He had a great sense of humor and always had a joke to tell. Frank could strike up a conversation with anyone and loved people.

Those left to cherish his memory include sister, Ellen Skiver; brother, Walter Allen and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents.

The family would like to thank the countless caretakers of New Choices Inc and the staff of Vera French Community Mental Health Center for their love and care over the years.
