Born on February 21, 1920, she was the oldest daughter of Lawrence and Estell Elisabeth Exline. Geneva was the sister of eight other siblings, all deceased, except her two youngest brothers, Lynn and Melvin Exline. Her family founded the town of Exline, Iowa.
She married Harold Stewart in 1937. He passed away in 1975. They had three children: Harold Stewart, Jr. of Davenport, Iowa, Kenneth Stewart of Miles, Iowa and Laverta Odle of Viola, Illinois.
She was a #1 wife and mother, grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 11 and great great grandmother of 5. Her life was her family and serving Jesus.
All family and friends are welcome to her funeral service on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel at 1 PM. There will be no visitation. Burial will follow at Rock Island National Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.rungemortuary.com.
