Gloria Britch, 79, of Davenport Iowa passed away on March 28, 2026. A graveside service will be held at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery mausoleum Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10:00 am. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com
Gloria was born on October 5, 1946, in Des Moines to Lloyd and Cora (Farley) Vandeventer. On September 9, 1968, she was united in marriage to Wallace Britch. Most of Gloria’s life was spent caring for her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a wonderful grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Wallace; daughter, Tracy Lawson; son, David Britch; grandchildren, Alicia Caruthers, Shanice Winthrop, Chaise Lawson, Kylie Lawson, Kassidy Keinrath, David Britch Jr.; sister, Linda Vandeventer and brother, Peter Vandeventer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
