She was united in marriage to Wayne R. Jones.
Hazel is survived by her sons, Patrick Young, Davenport, Daniel Young, Omaha NE., and Michael Young Deming, NM; grandchildren, James Young, David Merideth, Tammy Merideth, Jessica Young, Delyn Willett, Missy Hardaway, Andrea Bolinger, Naomi Laird, Michelle Messink, Rylee Young, and Daniel Young; many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
