Hubert R. Maxwell, Jr., of Davenport passed away November 23, 2016. Following cremation, no visitation or service is planned. The Runge Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from International Harvester in East Moline in 1981.
Survivors include his wife, Imogene and stepsons: Kerry Wouters and Robert Wouters, Jr.; stepdaughter, Charlita Martin; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
