Irma M. Nolan, 82, of Davenport died Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at the Runge Mortuary on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Friday at the mortuary Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society. She was born August 10, 1929 in Frankfurt, Germany, daughter of Emma Behr. She was united in marriage to Harry Nolan, Jr. on September 10, 1966 in Rock Island, IL. He preceded her in death in July of 2011. She was an animal lover, a member of Dank of Quad Cities and loved her yard and gardening.
Those left to honor her memory include children, Dick (Amy) Thomas, Illinois; Roger (Preeya) Thomas, Wyoming; Nancy Thomas, Rodney (Lisa) Thomas and Bryan (Cindie) Nolan, all of Davenport; Tim (Jackie) Nolan, Wisconsin; and Jeff (Jane) Nolan, Wyoming; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
