James was born October 24, 1949 in Davenport, IA to Robert & Lois (Biel) Mundt. He worked as an electrician for 50 years prior to his retirement and was a proud member of the IBEW Local 145 of Moline, IL.
Jimmy was a humble, generous man who cherished time with his family & friends, he will be missed.
Jimmy is survived by a son Ryan (Izumi Kobayashi) Mundt, Tokyo, Japan; 2 grandchildren Louie & Emi Mundt; brother Ralph Mundt, IN; and a sister Kaye (Richard) Thiessen, Blue Grass, IA.
James was preceded in death by a son Eric Mundt in 2006 and 2 brothers Paul Mundt & Bob Stark.
