Funeral services for Janet Sue Fox, 57, of Davenport will be 11:30 am on Wednesday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary. Burial will follow at Pinehill Cemetery, Davenport. Family will greet friends on Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport.Janet passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at her home in Davenport.Janet Sue DeBaets was born on October 28, 1957 in Durant, IA, the daughter of Henry and Rosalie (Hirl) DeBaets. She married Scott Seligman and they were later divorced. She then married Pat Fox in September of 2002 in Las Vegas. Janet graduated from Durant High School. She then attended Scott Community College where she received an Associates degree in Business. She worked at Cobham Mission Systems for several years until failing health prompted her retirement. Janet was a member of the Metropolitan Community Church, Davenport, Gilda’s Club and Master Gardeners. Her interests include her family, gardening, feeding birds, she was also an avid Iowa Hawkeye, and Dallas Cowboys fan. Survivors include her husband Pat, mother Rosalie, step-sons; Nathan Fox of Lancaster, PA, Aaron (fiance Perrey Reeves) Fox, Bryan (Sandy Gallin) Fox, all of Los Angeles, CA, sisters; Donna (Steven Courtney) Ahrens of Centerville, Victoria (Tony) Johnston of Davenport, Diane (Jeff) Bell of Davenport, and Bonnie (Merle) VanDeWalle of Muscatine.She is preceded in death by her father, sister; Marjorie and nephew; Christopher Gradel.Memorials may be directed to the familyRemembrances and condolences may be made to the family at www.cunnick-collins.com.
