Janice Robertson

Janice C. Robertson, 70, of Moline passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be from 10AM to 11AM, Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Runge Mortuary. Private burial will take place at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.

Janice was born on February 15, 1946 in Centerville, IA to Joseph and Lavon (Tracy) Huston. With the help of her family and friends Janice put herself through nursing school. She continued a nursing career in nursing homes and hospitals for over 30 years before retiring in 2011. Janice adored her siblings and remained very close. In her younger years she enjoyed family reunions, taking family trips, crafts, sewing, creating art and cooking.

Survivors include her children: Kevin Robertson, Jeffrey Robertson and Debbie (Kurt) Kleinlein; grandchildren: Brittany, Austin, Briggs, Christopher, Caleb and Cassandra; great grandchild, Teagan; brother, Larry (Diane) Huston; sister, Sheryl Thompson; and lifelong friend, Betty Harper.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
