A funeral service will be held Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Island, IL, with Reverend Len Astrowski officiating. Burial to follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Rock Island. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary in Davenport, IA.
Janice was born on February 4, 1939, in Vero Beach, FL, to Grant Roti and Elvina Jonnes Roti. She was loyal church member at Immanuel Lutheran, who also loved listening to music, and audiobooks.
Janice is survived by her nephew, Arthur Roti; niece, Kristen Roti; and their families
She is preceded by her parents and her brother, Grant “Cliff” Roti.
