Jaqueline Adele Newlon

Jackie was born May 6, 1945, in Springfield, Illinois, to Jerome and Dorothy (Anderson) Goulet. She was united in marriage to Lloyd Newlon on October 5, 1996, in Galesburg, Illinois.

Across the years, Jackie built a life marked by steady dedication and capable service. She worked as a hotel manager for many years in LaSalle Peru, Illinois, later served in administration with Kirkwood Community College in Washington, Iowa, and then worked for many years with Caudwell Bank in Ottumwa, Iowa, from where she retired.

The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Runge Mortuary & Crematory in Davenport, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton, West Virginia. Burial will be in Simpson Baptist Church Cemetery in Simpson, West Virginia.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Newlon of Le Claire, Iowa, and her son, Scott (Karen) Masterson of Buffalo, Iowa. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
