Jason S. Moore

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Jason was born on December 4th 1975 in Davenport, Iowa. Son of Sam and Sherri (Hooper) Moore. He had a challenging life which taught us patience and kindness. He was truly an angel in our family.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the dedicated caregivers at Imagine The Possibilities, with a special thanks to his nurse Patty Perkins. Thank you for your compassionate care and providing a loving, safe environment where Jason could thrive throughout the years.

Those left to honor his memory include his brother Cameron (Shannon) Moore of Davenport; his sister Amanda (Trevor) Wendler of Davenport; his niece and nephews Adelynn, Chaz, Jaxson and Easton; his aunts Charlene Roenfeldt, Theresa Hooper-Campos; his uncles Michael (Debora) Moore, Brett (Aunie) Hooper ; and many extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
