Jean F. Lange

Jean F. Lange, 87, of Davenport, IA passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the mortuary. Memorials may be made to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting www.rungemortuary.com. Jean was born on February 3, 1929 in Davenport, IA to Charles and Hulda (Gripp) Conner. She was united in marriage to Edward F. Lange on October 22, 1944 in Davenport. He preceded her in death in 2006. Jean was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo, bowling, crocheting, reading, gardening and crossword puzzles. She adored her grandchildren; they were the love of her life. Survivors include her son Edward Lange; daughters, Peggy Kelsey, Kathy (Dan Swartz) Lange; three grandchildren, Brad, Michelle and Brooke; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Susan and Linda and two brothers, George and Robert. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four sisters and two brothers.
