Joann Elizabeth “JoJo” Weeks, 22, of Pleasant Valley, IA was tragically taken from us on March 7, 2017 due to a car accident. Funeral will be at 2:00pm on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the mortuary. JoJo was born on September 6, 1994 in Davenport, the daughter of Randy and Monica (Norton) Weeks. She graduated from Rivermont Collegiate, Bettendorf, IA. JoJo was a graduate of Benedictine University, Lisle, IL where she received her Bachelor’s Degree and planned to pursue her Master’s Degree. She loved young children and was working as a private nanny to three children. JoJo as a fierce, beautiful, loving woman with a great sense of humor. She loved animals, especially her cats, Buddha and Benny. She loved nature, art and children. She had a gifted and nurturing soul. Those celebrating her life include her parents, Randy and Monica Weeks, Pleasant Valley, IA; siblings, Jeremy (Amber) Weeks, East Moline, Jessica (Jimmy Jantz) Weeks, Le Claire, Jonathan Weeks, Pleasant Valley and James Weeks, Pleasant Valley; grandparents: Richard and Joan Weeks and John and Virginia Norton; nieces and nephews: Jacob, Katie, Xavier, Jackson and Ashlynn, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
