John "Johnnie" L. Henderson

John “Johnnie” Henderson, 69, of Bettendorf passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 7, 2025. A celebration of his life will be on Saturday September 13th at his brother Curtis “Batman” Henderson’s Estate at 10:00 AM.

He was born as a son of Albertus and Ida (Butler) Henderson in Blytheville Arkansas.

Johnnie worked for many years at Northwest Carpet One. Lately, he owned and operated his own lawn service called John Henderson & Sons Lawn Service.

He was very strong-willed, sarcastic, and boisterous. He loved the ocean, fishing, and camping- a real nature man.

Johnnie is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Jennifer, Mother Ida, six brothers, and four sisters, numerous children and grandchildren. And also, many friends and extended family.
