Joe was born November 7, 1970, in Davenport, IA to Joseph & Elvira (Carrillo) Padilla Sr. Joe had been in construction, working on home repairs earlier in his life. Joe enjoyed going on walks and taking in nature. He had a very creative mind writing comic books, music, and games. He was an accomplished guitar player & artist who enjoyed taking things he found in nature and making them into art pieces.
Survivors include a daughter, Zoey Padilla; siblings, Debbie Gamino, David, Ronald, & Daniel Padilla; numerous nieces & nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Elizabeth (Lizzie) Reding, sisters Andrea Reyes & Linda Cunningham, brothers Zachary Padilla & Darwin Tinnian Sr., niece Joanna Hulsey, and a nephew Benjamin Reyes.
