Judith Ann Schroder-Kelly, 74, of Davenport, received her angel wings on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. Per her request, cremation rites will be provided. Services to honor her memory will be Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10 am, at The Runge Mortuary. Memorials may be directed to the Davenport No-Kill Pet Shelter.
Judy was born January 24, 1951, in Davenport, the daughter of Ernest and Hazel (Moore) Schroder. She graduated from Davenport West High School, and went on to be a secretary for the high school, for 36 years prior to retiring.
She was united in marriage to Roger Kelly on April 8, 1998, in Waikiki, Hawaii.
Judy was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Davenport in earlier years. In her free time, she found paradise in traveling to Hawaii numerous times, along with visiting other places. She enjoyed going out to eat, and flower gardening.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband and soul mate, Roger; brothers-in-law, Doug (Pam) Kelly, Rock Hill, SC, Gary Kelly, Moline and Larry (Jill) Kelly, Rock Island, numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Dixie. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Carolyn Quinn.
