Funeral services for Judith “Dawn” Sexton, 54, of Buffalo, will be 2:00 pm on Friday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Family will greet friends on Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Mortuary.Dawn passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 2, 2013 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport.Cunnick-Collins Mortuary assisting family with arrangements.Dawn Sexton was born on July 7, 1959 at Mercy Hospital, Davenport, the daughter of Lawrence E. and Anita (Shadrick) Sexton.Dawn worked as a caregiver for her mother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.Survivors include her son; Eric Triana, daughter-in-law, Jessica, and grandchildren, Caleb Mikel, Hailie Elizabeth and Izabella Kathryn. Her mother Anita Shadrick Sexton, her siblings Cathy (Randy) Stowe, Ed (Jill), Ann McKinley, David (Francis), Joe (Julie), John (Kim) Sexton. Stepbrothers, Russ (Linda), Danny, Robert (Sherry) Lytle. Dawn has 15 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles and a special family friend, Gary “Gus” Dumerauf. She was preceded in death by her father, her Grandma and Grandpa Shadrick and Mamaw and Papaw Sexton.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
