I worked with Julie at Tama County from 1996-2002. I will always regret that we lost touch over the years, and learning of her passing makes it all the more regrettable. RIP Julie. Prayers with Scott and all the kids.

I am so very sorry to hear of Julie's passing. We were good friends during our school years at Resurrection and I have so many wonderful memories of Julie. Together we were the tetherball champs at school! Of course, it didn't hurt we were the two tallest girls in our class! Julie had a large incredible personality that leaves a lasting mark on everyone who crossed paths with her in life and I am thankful I was one of them.Thank you for posting the pictures from Julie's life. It looks like she has a beautiful family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I was so sad to hear about Julie's passing. I worked with her at the Police Department (Chief's Administrative Assistant). I saw her a couple of months ago with her daughter in the grocery store (Walmart). She said that she had a graduation party (I believe) coming up for her daughter and invited me, but I wasn't able to make it. I really wish I would have been able to make it there. It's so hard when such a young person leaves this world, but God has her now without any suffering. Julie was such a nice person and so optimistic in life. My deepest sympathies are with her family. She will be dearly missed! Tabatha Rush (Davenport, IA)
