Kaevin Israel Dixon

Kaevin I. Dixon, 18, of Bettendorf, Iowa passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025. A memorial service to honor his memory will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 2:30pm at Weerts Funeral Home; visitation will be before the service starting at 1pm. Memorials in Kaevin’s name may be made to his family.

Kaevin was born on November 1, 2006, in Davenport, Iowa to Corey Dixon and Kylie Echols. Kaevin was a dedicated student at Bettendorf High School and graduated early in January 2025. He loved listening to all types of music and creating his own, including the beats. Kaevin was a huge gamer and loved creating various mods for all the games that he played with his brothers and friends; to say that he was a “techy” would be an understatement. He also enjoyed spending downtime watching Anime or hanging out with his bearded dragon, Dart.

Those left to honor his memory are his parents Corey and Kylie; brothers Corey, Kingston, and Knox; paternal grandmother Robin Dixon; maternal grandmother Tuesday Doyle; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his bearded dragon, Dart.

He was preceded in death by his brother Baby Carter; maternal grandfather Gary Echols; and his Uncle Martell McGinnis.
