Leslie W. “Buddy” Coleman, 46, of Davenport, formerly of Buffalo, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 after his courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 5:00 PM at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the mortuary. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Reynolds Memorial Cemetery, Reynolds, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com. Buddy was born May 10, 1967 in Iowa City, IA; the son of Howard Coleman and Patricia (Dufur) Reid. He was the true spirit of Christmas with his love for the holiday. He was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan and enjoyed going to the casinos. He was a proud and courageous man who fought to the end, never complaining. Those celebrating his life include his step-father, Terry Reid; siblings: Robin (David) Coleman-Russ; Paula (Jerry) Sheese; Chase Coleman and Jessica (Brett) Zickefoose and several nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him in death.
