Linda Madelene Rosenboom (formerly Utley), 76, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, at her home with her husband by her side. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in the downstairs of Davenport Elks Lodge #298, 4400 West Central Park Avenue, Davenport, IA. The Night People Band will be playing from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with the Celebration of Life starting at 6:30 p.m.
She was born on October 4, 1949, in Leavenworth, Kansas. Her father was in the military and she traveled extensively, including two years stationed in France.
Linda managed several food service businesses in her early adult life. She worked out of her home providing day care for 20 years, before retiring in 2011. She met her husband, Frank Rosenboom, in 2008 and has been married to him since August 2011.
Linda is survived by her husband, two children, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren from her first marriage.
She will be missed by all who met her.
