Linda Schroeder

Linda lived a life marked by kindness, dedication, and love for her family. She married Earl Dean Schroeder, July 11, 1971, with whom she shared over five decades of love and partnership. Linda graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1960 and dedicated 35 years of service to Alcoa Davenport Works, retiring in 1996.

Linda never met a stranger and will be remembered for her warm spirit and friendly nature. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Dean Schroeder; daughters, Sarah Gray and Stephanie (Ronald) Patrick; grandchildren, Tianna Williams, Ronald Patrick, and John Martin III; brother-in-law, Glen Schroeder; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Mildred Mason, Sr.; sister, Betty Boldt; and brother, Gilbert Mason, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Weerts Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time. She will be laid to rest in Pine Hill Cemetery.
