Linda L. Sexton, 80, of Davenport, IA, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Genesis East Medical Center. Per her wishes, cremation will take place with no services held. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weertsfh.com
Linda was born August 18, 1941, to Chester and Helen Caton in Long Beach, California. On July 19, 1968, she was united in marriage to John Michael “Mike” Sexton in Davenport, IA. Linda worked at Walgreens as a store associate for 13 years until her retirement in 1991. She enjoyed antiques, fishing, camping, and interior decorating.
Linda will be missed by her children, Mark (Chris) Sexton, Desiree (Keith) Kimmel, and David (Heidi) Buller; seven grandchildren: Casie, Lindsey, Nicole, Dustin, Shanna, Dalton, and Chase; and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Sexton; daughter, Char Bos; and a brother, Mark Caton.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
