Linda L. Warner

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, February 3, 2025 in the Runge Mortuary chapel. Visitation will be 12:00pm until service time on Monday at the mortuary. Linda was born February 20, 1950 in Davenport, IA to James & Dorothy (Gentry) Harper. Linda had worked at Sears Manufacturing from 1972 - 1993, French & Hecht 1993 - 1994, and Oscar Mayer 1994 - 2012 when she retired.

Linda enjoyed camping, fishing and most of all cooking. She was best known for her Polish Sausage Soup and her Carrot Cake! Linda always made sure everyone she knew had a place to go for the holidays and always helped anyone in need, but her greatest love was her “Angels” (grandchildren and great grandchildren) who she loved spending time with.

Survivors include daughter Shelli (Darrin) Frye, Davenport; Son William (Michele) Warner, Davenport; her “Angels” grandchildren Sarah (Dane), Kayla (Bradley), Gwendolyn (Jake), Aaron (Rachel), Allison, Cory, Amanda, and James (Bailey); great grandchildren Calvin, Avilyn, Embry, Violet, Baby M, Danny & Emmett; two sisters Sharon (Gary) May, Palm Desert, CA and Lila (Jerry) Davis, Davenport; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Christopher and a great granddaughter Olive.
