Lois was born December 3, 1924 in Decorah, IA, the daughter of Ralph and Vera (Burnham) Taylor of Bluffton, IA, mother of Monica (Murphy) Prescott who preceded her in death. Lois worked and retired from Sears in Davenport. In 1947, she married Dale Sanders who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her brothers, Mark Taylor of Coralville, IA, and Wayne Taylor of Eagan, MN; daughters, Tonya Batten and Sandy Cox both of Davenport, IA; son, Robert D. Sanders of Davenport, IA; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
