Margo was born on November 29th, 1943 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to Arthur and Elizabeth (Repich) Arndt. Margo was a single mother, working hard, and raising Roger on her own for "the best 10 years of his life" before uniting in marriage to Delbert Arps on June 24th, 1972. Del, with two children, and Margo, with one child, then proceeded to have 3 more children. She even acquired some "extra kids" who called her mom along the way.
Margo's favorite job was being a mother, but while doing that, she and Del proceeded to purchase and operate a machine shop in Davenport (Modern Machine & Tool). Margo went on to work hard and branched out into Home Interiors sales and even started a "part time" (it was full time) job driving as a courier for Roche Biomedical for more than 10 years. After retiring from Roche, it was back to the machine shop and becoming a grandma.
Margo loved to host family gatherings and decorate for holidays. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. Margo enjoyed golfing with Delbert and with her women's golf league. She also enjoyed weekends out boating and camping, she loved her flowers and flower beds. Margo was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Roger (Bev) Leibold, daughter, Leanne (Wally) Ewoldt, daughter, Debbie (Nick) McNabb, son, Dan (Mandy) Arps, daughter, Brenda Zinger, and son, Doug (Tammy) Arps, along with 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Del, and her parents.
Margo was followed in death 5 days after her passing by her loving daughter-in-law, Mandy Hallman-Arps.
