Margaret L. Boswell

Margaret was born November 7, 1946 in Oswego, New York to Jack and Margaret Hallinan. With her family by her side she passed away on April 30, 2022 at Genesis Hospital. Fulfilling her wishes her funeral is a private service for her family.

She met the love of her life William “Bill” Boswell in High school in Kewanee, Illinois. They were married August 22, 1964. They were blessed with two children, Michelle (Scott) Ripperton of Davenport and Bill (Debbie) of Foristell Missouri , six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one on the way. They loved to travel together, dancing, going to wineries, boating, spending time with family and spending time with their puppies. They had 58 wonderful years together.

Peggy was diagnosed with cancer eight years ago. She fought a long hard battle. Bill went to every appointment with her, held her hand and was there for her every step of the way. She was fortunate to have amazing doctors and nurses that took amazing care of her. Her catholic faith, family, and friends also helped her at this time.

Peggy was a strong, classy, spunky lady who met a friend or more everywhere she went. She will be missed by her husband, family and so many more.
