Margaret was born on October 29, 1948, to Kenneth and Patricia (Hummel) Abrahamson in Davenport, IA. She graduated the class of 1966, from Davenport Central. She then graduated from the McConnell Airline School in Minneapolis, MN. Margaret married Gerald Lockrem on September 6, 1967 in Rock Island, IL, and they had two children. Throughout her life she had many wonderful jobs that she loved.

Margaret enjoyed spending time camping, bowling, doing crossword puzzles, and she loved her animals. She was known for her delicious green bean casseroles and her red cars.

She is survived by her former husband, Gerald; sons, Brian and Jeffrey Lockrem both of Davenport; grandson, Gerald McCallister, and step-granddaughter, Jessica both of Davenport; sisters, Deb (Larry) Wells of Maquoketa, and Diana (Randy) Schau of Davenport; aunt, Sally Schamp of Livonia, MI; along with six nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A loving thank you to a special niece, Kimberlee, for her constant love, help and companionship.
