Marge B. Stewart

Funeral services for Marge B. Stewart, 77, of Davenport will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary chapel in Davenport. The family will greet friends from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening at the mortuary. Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Davenport. Mrs. Stewart passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Society in Davenport. Marge Betty Seys was born on July 20, 1937 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Omer and Mary (Goethals) Seys. She worked as a secretary at various companies in the Quad Cities prior to her retirement. Marge enjoyed growing African Violets, baking, and dancing. She was known for her candy making as well as her Eclairs. Marge was very independent with a strong work ethic. She is survived by her Daughters: Deb (Wayne) Sperry of Long Grove, IA, Donita Willard of Mesa, AZ; three Brothers: Ron Seys of Delmar, IA, Ray (Dawn) Seys of Montpelier, IA, Richard Seys of Davenport; and two Grandchildren: Chloe Rollins of Mesa, AZ, Andrew Frazier of Cleveland, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be directed to the Good Samaritan Society or the American Diabetes Association.
