Marlene Allison, 86, of Avon, Indiana and formerly of Davenport, Iowa passed away on March 9th, 2023 at Hendricks Regional Hospital in Danville, Indiana surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
She was born on September 2nd, 1936 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of John and Josephine Hite.
Marlene graduated high school in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was married in 1956, in Cincinnati. She was a homemaker in every sense of the word and loved taking care of her family. Marlene was an avid reader, enjoyed playing cards with her sisters, doing puzzles, and loved to cook and bake.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill”; her father, John; mother, Josephine; and two sisters, Jean and Joann.
She is survived by her daughters, Belinda and Deborah; son, William; grandchildren, Heather and Matthew; and 6 great grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
