Though late, I just saw this notice. Marvin had helped our daughter in math (after a short absence). (Ruth had been one of their teachers.) What great neighbors they had been in the '80's on N. St. Marvin won't be forgotten!

Mr. McMorran, I will always have fond memories of you throughout life. You are the one who inspired me to love math. I enjoyed many wonderful times up at Hy-Vee with you, Dad and the gang! We laughed, shared and I always looked forward to your kind smile every time I returned back to Iowa. You touched many lives and to this day I will always be very thankful. Peace, Shelly Frieden
