Mary R. Evans, 57, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Monday at the Runge Mortuary. There will be no service. Online condolences may be made at www.rungemortuary.com.
Mary was born August 18, 1958 in Moline, a daughter of Clyde and Kay Dodds. She married James Phillips in Rock Island and was employed by Eagles Warehouse in Milan, Illinois.
Survivors include her husband James; son and daughter-in-law Steven and Kiesha Evans; grandchildren: Steven Evans, Jr. and Brooklyn Evans; her mother Kay Dodds; sister Jackie and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Tom.
