Merry Christmas big sister, Mary Beth.  I love you and miss you so much.

I loved working with Mary in the St John's kitchen. Her beautiful smile and servant heart brought joy to everything she did. There were 3 of us who called ourselves the Merry Mary's  - Mary, Mary Lange, and myself. We worked together often and that is the memory I will carry in my heart. We were blessed to know Mary.


Mary was such a wonderful teacher of Christ for not only my children but several generations of St John’s children.  She was a treasure, a friend, and a servant.  Gravert family so sorry for your loss.

Dear Dave,  Melissa and Stephanie:  We were so sorry to hear of Mary's passing.  She was an important part of our family. Adam and Drew loved her as their babysitter and her and I taught Sunday School together at St Johns.

We all enjoyed her Christmas parties for her 
babysitting kids. Always keeping Christ the center of the Season!!  We will miss her.

My favorite memories are  from the best Christmas Pageants ever - put on by Mary and the St. John's Kindergarteners.  My children, Nick and Rebecca, got to play a role when they reached that age.  May you celebrate the many ways Mary touched young people  and be comforted by Christ's peace.

Martha and I have fond memories of Mary's long and faithful ministry to children at St Johns United Methodist. She was always there for the children!! We will miss her.   -Retired Pastor George White

Melissa, I was shocked and saddened at the passing of your mother.  I have such fond memories of both of you from our time together at St. John's.   It is difficult to grasp the rapid march of time and that in the process we lose people we love and admire.  Please give my sincere condolences to your family and know that I still have a special place for you in my memories.   

Mary was an integral part of the Oxford Junction Class of 1969. How we will miss her! She was a thoughtful, subtle, kind, generous soul who somehow had the amazing ability to ingratiate herself with everyone in the class--an amazing feat. Her passing is a terrible loss for us her classmates and undoubtedly for her family. We are so sorry.

I remember Mary and sisters coming to the farm to get haircuts. So sorry for your loss. My sympathies

I will not be able to attend your celebration of life, grief's journeys.
As a fellow classmate and 1969 graduating class of Oxford Junction, I have many great memories of Mary; her beautiful smile and resultant entertaining laughter.  I'm truly sorry for your loss and want you to know that Mary will always be remembered . She may have slipped out of her earthly room, however we'll cherish the memories we had together. She was a special person, wonderful and amazing individual.  Take care and keep smiling!!!

Sorry to hear about Mary’s passing.  I was a high school classmate of Mary’s and have spent many class reunions sharing old memories and lots of laughs.  She will be missed.  Deepest sympathy.
