We're so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We've been neighbors with Mike & Kathy for years & have many many wonderful memories. Dennis also worked with Mike & can tell alot of funny Mike stories!  It was so difficult when Kathy passed, but we knew Mike & Coco, his loving lab, were holding down the home fort....Our condolences go out to Christie & the entire family.  Christie is having a local memorial in Savanna for Mikes family & friends also, as I'm sure Mike would have wanted. We are very gratefull to her for opening it to the public....R.I.P. our Dear Friend....the nieghborhood will not be the same without you.

How sad it is that now you are gone too.  I was there from the beginning...with you and Kathy.  Some of my favorite memories are with you and Kathy. You always "complaining" that not only did you get a wife that was high maintenance, but you got a daughter that was high maintenance too.  You said "who knew women could cost so much money!"  You swore you would never be able to retire.  It always made Kathy laugh. My heart was broken when God took her and now it's broken again....but for me, there is some peacefulness knowing that you and Kathy are once again together....the way you always wanted it to be.  You had so many friends in Savanna. Friends who are going to miss you so much...you and that smirky little grin of yours (you know, the one where it looked like you just did something and got away with it).   I hope your family knows how many friends you really had and how many people are going to miss you.

My condolences go out to the whole carlson family.  Mike you were and always will be a brother in law, a friend, a mentor, and an inspiration to me.  Its sad i cant be there with you.  Thank you mike for always supporting me and accepting me even thru all my mistakes.. The rest of the ehringer family is with you, and u will always be one of us.  RIP mike... love john
