Michael Polasky, 49, of Davenport, passed away, Monday, September 26, 2011 in Davenport. Mike was born April 10, 1962 in Davenport to John and Betty Polasky. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Jackie, Connie, Steve, John, Sandy, and Mark. Graveside services will be at 10:30 A.M., Monday, October 3, 2011 at the Oakdale Memorial Gardens Chapel. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dennis.
