Nancy Marie McAtee

Nancy was born December 30, 1953, in Aledo, IL to Ralph & Noma (Phiffer) Thompson. She was a graduate of Winola High School class of 1972. Nancy married James A. Knox in 1971. They had one daughter, Teri. She later married Glenn McAtee in 1989. She had been employed as a machine operator for HON Industries prior to her retirement. Following retirement, Nancy moved to Florida to enjoy the year round warm weather.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her daughter, grandsons and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with friends exploring Florida and sitting at the pool.

Survivors include her daughter Teri Slater, Davenport. Grandsons: Kyle Kimball Oneida, IL, Korey Kimball, Land O Lakes, FL and Nathan Slater, Viola, IL. Great grandchildren Benjamin Kimball, Grace Kimball and Jacob Kimball. Sisters: Michelle Lee, Isabelle Pearcy and Teresa Robinson and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Sue, Sandra and Kathy and a brother Kevin.
