Nancy was born on May 28, 1947 in Davenport Iowa to William and Elizabeth Sanders. She was united in marriage to Dwight Schroeder on June 8, 1973. They went on to enjoy 47 years of marriage. Nancy received her Master’s in Education from Marycrest college. She spent most of her career teaching 5th and 6th grade at Buchanan Elementary School until she retired in 2008. Nancy loved horses, spending time with her family and truly loved being an educator.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Dwight; her children, Tami Schroeder and William Schroeder; granddaughter, Deja Doak and sister, Sharon (Steve) Davis.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Wendy Schroeder and granddaughter, Andreah Schroeder.
