The family will greet friends from 11:00am to 1:30pm on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory, Davenport. Pam was born on August 10, 1951, in Muscatine, IA, to George & Jenny (Land) Smith. She was united in marriage to Glen (mouse) Carlton in 1991 in Davenport, IA. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was huge Mickey Mouse fan, very thrifty, enjoyed crime stories & Christmas Shows on tv, and was always looking to take care of everyone. Her grandkids were very special to her, and she enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include a son, Stanley (Sofia) Burnette; daughter, Valeria Siegel; step daughters, Angela Wonderling, Tonya Yates, and Ellen Cook; grandchildren, Chrystal Powell, Ricky Bowman, Stanley Burnette Jr., David Carlton, Justin Burnette, Ashley Badtram, Andrew Buesing, Drake Buesing, Tyrone Humburd, Tyssa Humurd, Sierra Yates, Avery Yates, Bradley Cook Jr., & Ryan Cook; great grandchildren, Austyn, Bryce, Eysabela, Bubba, Favion, Gabriel Powell, Stanley (Jr.), Wesley Bentley, Nyelli Burnette, Jade Hood, Serenity Cook, Jeremiah Cook, Devynn Swanson, Kaiden Swanson, & Even Goldsbury; sister, Mona (Don) Dennis; & brothers, Troy & Jerri Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Josh Cook, and a brother, George Smith Jr.
