Once I got to know Pat I enjoyed being a co-worker of his. He was likeable and we hand many interesting conversations at our lunch table.

12 years ago I met a prickly man who told me he didn’t much care for people. For 12 years he showed me differently. I watched him lend his time, his patience, an ear, money, and whatever else he could to many people. This prickly man had been wrong. He did care.
8 months ago the same man told me he was getting a “Terminator “ body transplant to make him all better. He was so silly and wrong again.
11 days ago the very same man told me he was tired. We watched him go through quite a battle and he put up a good fight. He was stating a fact this time. He was tired.
I will miss your sinister laugh, your mischievous smile, your quick wit, your useless facts (both real and fictional), your made up words, your kind heart and all of the entertaining debates you had with EVERYONE...haha!
Rest Easy “Mr Patty Cakes” and God Bless.
Our deepest sympathies to the family,
Renee Hamilton and family

You’ve gone to a place where there is no more pain, just the comfort of a shade tree, your line in the water, dog by your side, and your friends and family occasionally stopping by with a pole of their own to see how the fish are biting. I wish we had more time together here, but we’ll catch up some time. Until then, we will miss you. Rest in peace.
