Phyllis Joann Neumiller

Phyllis graduated from Central High School in Davenport in 1969. She retired in 2008 as a Logistics Management Specialist at the Rock Island Arsenal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Bessie Standley, her brother William Lee Standley, and her husbands, Harley Morgan Spears, Daniel Lee Frye, and Daniel Wyman Neumiller.

Phyllis is survived by her sister, Barbara (John) Tams of Green Valley, Arizona; children, Teresa Spears of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, and Jennifer Chronister of Farmington, Illinois, and her stepchildren, Justin Neumiller, Christina (Aaron) Cress, and Christopher (Ashley) Neumiller, all residing in Davenport.

She leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family has decided not to have a service at this time. Per Phyllis' wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and she will be laid to rest at Rock Island National Cemetery.
